Bingo hall pollution measured 13 times higher than other hospitality venues. Bingo is lucrative for the high school booster clubs who raise money for sports, cheerleading and marching bands. But bingo workers and bingo players are exposed to high levels of secondhand smoke, the report found.

Ranchland Bingo shut its doors for good on Sunday after more than 20 years in the community. Around 180 players packed the hall for the last game.
