Man accused of stealing from bingo operation A Louisville man has been charged with taking money from a bingo operation run by the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 3636. Acting on a tip from a VFW post officer, the state Office of Charitable Gaming conducted an investigation and accused Terry Wayne Houtchens of taking more than $1,479 over several gaming sessions.
