DJ WHO ATTACKED MAN AT BINGO HALL SPARED JAIL TERM A man who headbutted another at an Exeter bingo hall causing him to fall down a flight of stairs "saw red mist and lost control", a court heard.Malcolm Stone was spared jail by city magistrates yesterday despite being warned at a previous hearing that he may be sent to prison. The 39-year-old, of Bishop Westall Road, Exeter, admitted assaulting Martin Bingham by beating at the Mecca bingo hall, in North Street, on October 5.
