Armed woman makes off with $2,000 North Versailles bingo jackpot Police say an armed woman has made off with a $2,000 North Versailles bingo jackpot. The woman entered the Bingo Hall at about 9:45 p.m. Thursday and pointed a gun at the cashier. Police say when the clerk hesitated, the woman took the cash draw, stuffed it in a bag and fled, grabbing cash from a few bingo players as she sped by them.
Police say the suspect has been described as a thin black woman who is about 5-feet, 5-inches tall.
