Bingo helps bring back memories for elderly - icWales

Care home have been given a selection of nostalgic games. The games have been made specifically for older people and include such favorites as bingo. But the collection, which was given by Rotary Club, also includes new games that use vintage props such as classic men’s razors, 10 shilling notes and darning mushrooms. Some specialized games for the home’s dementia care suite were also provided. “We are extremely grateful for the support of the Rotarians. The games have gone down really well with the residents.”
