Analysis: Charities’ bingo cut under 6% In the first eight months of legalized bingo in Arkansas, less than 6 percent of the proceeds went to charity. The state Department of Finance and Administration on Friday released to legislators its analysis of charitable bingo finances in Arkansas through March 31.
