Awareness Heals by Steven Shafarman

This method feels like a yoga meditation, but that is not it at all.
The idea is becoming aware again of how the body, skeleton and muscles work together for graceful and efficient movement. Sounds technical but it is like playing.
The explanations in the book are thorough. The exercises are deceitfully easy.
A person will get out of this what they put into it.
If you are in pain, or dorky, this book can help you. IMHO
